These terms govern use of scriptdeckbase.world and sittings booked with Script Deck Base.
By using this site or requesting a sitting you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send a request and do not attend a sitting.
The work
Script Deck Base provides human collector consultation and related desk work about Doctor Strange mystic-multiverse NFT comics, limited-run issues, and companion artifacts. We do not sell comics, artifacts, or marketplace access. Fees on the rates page are informational until we confirm a sitting in writing.
Requests and confirmation
A form submission is a request, not a booking. A sitting exists only when we reply with a confirmed time. You must not send passwords, recovery phrases, or anyone else’s personal files.
Intellectual property
Marvel characters, issue titles, and licensed marks mentioned on this site belong to their owners. We use those names to describe the comics and objects discussed in sittings. Site copy, letters we write for you, and photographs we originate belong to Script Deck Base or the named photographer’s licence. You may keep your consultation letter for personal reference. You may not republish it as our endorsement of a sale.
Your materials
Screenshots and lists you send remain yours. We keep them only as needed to deliver the sitting and the letter, as described in the privacy note.
Liability
Consultation is opinion about story order, cover families, edition notices, and display grouping. It is not an appraisal, not investment advice, not a guarantee of future value, and not authentication for insurance or court. We are not liable for purchase decisions, missed waitlist windows, or marketplace losses. Our liability for a confirmed sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting, except where Thai law does not allow that limit.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to scrape, harass, or misrepresent a sitting as a Marvel or publisher service. You may not upload malware through the form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from sittings, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you request a sitting applies to that request.
