How we handle names, emails, and issue lists you send when you request a sitting.
Data controller

What we collect
From the request form: name, email, chosen sitting, optional issue count, optional preferred date, and the message you write (often issue titles and edition numbers). From the server logs of whoever hosts the static files: technical connection data such as IP address and browser type, for a short period. From cookies: only what you allow, as described on the cookies page.
Why
We use this information to answer requests, run sittings, write letters, keep accounting records, and—if you accepted analytics cookies—understand which pages are read. Legal bases include steps prior to a contract, performance of the sitting, legitimate interest in securing the site, and consent for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Unconfirmed requests are deleted within ninety days unless a conversation is still open. Confirmed sittings and letters are kept for seven years for accounting and to answer follow-up questions about the same shelf. Hosting logs follow the host’s default, typically under thirty days.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the data you provided. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting a sitting already delivered. Write to info@scriptdeckbase.world. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority, including in Thailand or in your country of residence.
International transfers
The correspondence desk address is listed as Lane80,ShijunSt.,Sec.2,TaipeiHsien,Shulin,. Sittings often involve collectors in Thailand and readers working across borders. Email and hosting providers may process data outside Thailand. We use providers who offer contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer. Do not send special-category data or wallet secrets; we do not need them for a comic consultation.
Sharing
We share data with the reader assigned to your sitting, with email and hosting vendors, and with authorities if required by Thai law. We do not sell lists of collectors.
